on my final week of Whole30. and 1/2 thru week 4 of 5:2. As I said yesterday, the combination of of the 2 (essentially the same at carbonmonster low carb regimen) Its been very successful for me. Also throwing 16:8 for good measure. Am at my lowest wt since the mid '90s!!

Just finished second FD yesterday. So far my experiment of combining 5:2 with Whole30 seems to be working...I've lost 14 lbs since I started. 5:2 gives me the routine and Whole30 gives me the boundaries.

Oct 9th was my first fast day, I'm down 12 lbs. Only lost 1.2 this week (so far-my next FD is tomorrow), but can't do my usual workouts because of job. As I indicated before, I'm doing this in conjunction with Whole30 and 8:16. Seems to be working well. Whole30 keeps me from eating the crap I otherwise would eat and 8:16…

Today is my first fast day this week. Should be interesting as I am under a tone of stress at work. Went to the cafeteria and walked out without food...I am at the point I usually get to where I'm doing really well and then decide to sabotage my progress!! Am trying to break the cycle

Today is only my 5th fast day. Fortunately for me I can put off eating, so I don't eat until after noon. The other thing I try to do is make my day as short as possible by going to bed early, which is easy for me because I get up 4:30-5:00 in the AM. I also save most of my food until later, but am considering shifting…

Agree with Rmatheson on the culprit. I too am coming back. Figured out I eat sugar when I'm stressed. Need to find a substitute for the sugar or get rid of the stress. Latter is unlikely, so need to work the former. Just joined a new gym, so that might help. Anyway, lets keep this post going so we can support each other.…

I can relate to everything you said on your post. I have been on MFP since the end of November. Did really well until the end of Feb, but have regressed. Thanks for getting me reengaged.
