Make sure your not eating or drinking 3 hours before you go to bed. Also don't drink diet soda.

Never heard or thought about water weight, I do seem to experience bloating with consumption of carbo's. I will watch the calories closer and increase water consumption for flushing. Thanks

I think you hit it on the head, don't follow the numbers. Others say it will take a few weeks then I will start to see a lose. Keep up your routine and know your not alone. Thank you for your comments.
