Am I working out to much? Can't loose the weight??
For the last 3 weeks I have been working out in the morning, 6 days a week for 30 minutes of high intensity weight and cardio. Also twice a week , I do 60 minutes of RPM/Spin or Step. My calorie consumption averages about 1500 a day. I have only lost 1 lb. I am on a 90 day challenge have become frustrated. Am I working out…
