  • Just started -- L1 D1 today! I commute to my job in Manhattan from Long Island daily and have very little time to exercise, so I'm super excited to see all of the great results that this is bringing people. Hoping to post my own great results pics this time next month.
  • I've always preferred working out first thing in the morning. It takes some commitment -- aka going to bed at a reasonable hour -- but for me, it's much easier than giving up post-work events like happy hours, volunteering, and the classes I take. I don't usually eat anything beforehand because it makes me feel too full…
