This is what my trainer told me.... Subtract your age from 220. That's your max. Then for best fat burning, she suggested to aim for 60-80% of that number. It's like hitting your "groove"

Self magazine had posted a Jumpstart diet by Jillian M from Biggest Loser. She has a menu plan on there that had some really good ideas. I've tried a few of them and plan to try a few more. You should give it a look.
