I believe carbs from fruits and vegetables are A OK! ok, whole grains is not something that I agree with but I will eat once ina while. Carbs and sugar are evil, dont worry about calories stay away from the carbs and watch your sugar.. feel free to look at my journal i try to keep away from the carbs and i dont care about the calories

I am in a very similar situation except with 5 people. I was thinking about this today and I thought I if we would all stop being so picky we could probably life off of eggs most of the week as well some garden stuff and things made from scratch. I have 6 pet hens that give me about a half a dozen eggs a day.

Just don't eat all the carbhydrates it really does work. For example if there is a nachos eat the salsa or cheese and use veggies to dip.

By the way, gummy bears have no fats in but I wouldnt count of them as healthy.

Well if these are gimicks keep doing what your doing cause more people are getting unhealthy Modern medcine + paleo = win win situation American food pyramid or my food plate= this is why you are on a diet/exersize and this is why we have an obesity epidemic.

When I was in high school i did cross country so I ran on a regular basis. I didnt enjoy it at all however I kind of like was curious about a runners high so i kept on doing it. I was always 3rd to last to finish (i was surprised) But all and all theres nothing wrong with walking and running rotating that is.

I've had a similar experience one method I learned is when I feel like binging I telli self to stay calm and understand that I should be eating a well quality meal. And think if this was the 1950s I'd have no choice but to eat healthy

Yes I know cause I've noticed I lose weight mostly unperportionately or maybe first in my chest and legs. My stomachs hips are last to go. I took it I was always hungry, I had insomnia, and had weird dizziness. I got tired of it and quit cold turkey. Dont do that though caue its probably illegal for you to do that.
