Isn't it scary to know the real market price for food that is organic and grown right has barley any profit. I raise my own chickens strictly for eggs if I was going to make any profit I'd probably have to sell them a dollar an egg.

Doing my own research if people understood that the Food pyramid etc is a gimic to sell more food people would eat better. On the down fall we might have a food shortage and famine as well inflation.

I got fat cause I ate too many carbs Aka food pyramid. Then i lose weight without cravings by avoiding carbs that are bad ones.

I weigh myself everyday. I can handle the worse days I also know that I shouldn't take it to heart during my monthly cycle.

Well dinner was skipped cause I didn't have access to my fitness pal at home until recently amazing me not log in everything but undid eat dinner. And I normally long in everything for breakfast since am too lazy to look it up again

I tried weight watchers it does not work for me at all. Why/ because it gives me a license to eat junk food and waste all my points. However it works for my mom, aunt, cousins even grandma I suppose. Anyway I switched to low carbs its working for me. I hope it works for you again.
