I wish :). I'm thinking 25 lbs is my long term goal. The wedding is March 1--for that, I'd like to be down 13 lbs. I think my calorie targets are set for losing 1 lb/week. So, hopefully 13 lbs In 13 weeks is realistic. I hope that is possible, and that I stay on track.

I was two small bites into the *very small* yet so amazing pecan dessert bar on my plate. My toddler then began vomiting at (and on) the dinner table. Chaos ensued. Dessert avoided. That counts as a win, right?!?

For the past couple of years, every time I see a picture of myself, I think "oh! what an unflattering picture." After about a year of that, I realized it's not a bad angle, it's my weight and lack of fitness.... So, reality began to set in.
