Polar HRMs are great. I personally have a Sportline, which has worked great for me, and was much cheaper than a Polar. Which ever one you get, a chest strap is a must. HRMs without a chest strap are a waste of money since they aren't nearly as accurate. I got mine at walmart for $47, but you can also find good deals on…

Can't wait to use some more of my fresh cilantro from my garden!

My biggest burns are on Thursday nights, so I always weigh in on Friday morning. I weigh first thing in the morning after using the bathroom (every little bit counts!) I really try to not let myself do it any more often than that, or else I drive myself crazy!

Well, let me just say that you were one of those gorgeous pregnant women! Congrats on doing so well. You look amazing!

have you ever tried the weight watcher recipe using a can of diet soda? You can use 1 can of diet 7up or sprite with a white/yellow cake mix or a can of diet coke/drpepper with a chocolate cake mix. It comes out dense, moist, and yummy! I like to top mine with some FF cool whip instead of frosting.

Tell 'em, Captain. Team Moxie is sure kickin' some bootay!

I am making a weight watchers peach cobbler: 1.5 to 2 bags of frozen sugar free peaches (I'm using great value) 1 dry Angel food cake mix 12 to 14 oz of diet 7up or Sprite Pour peaches into 9 x 13 baking pan, cover the bottom of pan evenly. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the peaches. Pour diet pop over the cake mix,…

I know a lot of people here are big Polar fans, but I just didn't have the money for one when I bought mine. I found a Sportline SX from Walmart with a chest strap (a must) for $47. There are people out there who don't like Sportline, but I absolutely love mine, and it seem extremely accurate.

abra526@yahoo.com is mine (in case you didn't already have it), I'd love to be added to the list. Maybe I can at least view this doc, even though I still can't view that darn map!

Welcome to MFP! It seems like you are motivated, and already on the right track, so that is a great start. 28lbs is a great accomplishment. What part of TX are you in? I grew up in Clovis, NM, and spent a lot of time in Amarillo and Lubbock. Feel free to friend me, as I'm always looking for more friends for motivation!

How long is a flight from KC to Seattle?

It really is best to get a HRM, but until then, this link may be helpful: www.zumbacalories.com good luck!

Hi there! Welcome to MFP! I'm in Kansas now, but I'm originally from Clovis, NM and grew up spending a lot of time in Amarillo and Lubbock.

That is such an amazing feeling. I had a similar experience yesterday (although I'm far from a size 6!). Congrats on such good work!
-
I say, strap on a HRM, and log the wedding prep! There's got to be some burning going on! Have a great time.

Welcome! i also live on 5 acres in rural Kansas. I have a four year old son, and have learned to find creative ways to burn calories here at home since I can't just up and go hiking or biking. I have two horses, so I spend a lot of time with them, but have also started jogging around the horse pasture (I get some crazy…

I can't get it to work on mine! Nevermind...I'm just a little slow. I love my new ticker!

That is wonderful! Thankyou!

All these are fantastic!

I love it, but I've always thought Dr.Phil telling people they're fat is like telling bald men they have no hair.
-
haha I love it!

My name is Brittany, I also live in NE Kansas. I am married and have a super ornery 4 year old son who has made it his mission to keep me eternally busy. We love to get outside and spend quality time together on our 5 acres of land. Our road has 3 houses on it, and I can only see one of them from my driveway, and that is…

Howdy, I'm originally from Clovis, and lived in Belen for a few years. Now, I am stuck in Kansas! Welcome to MFP! Feel free to friend me if you'd like!
