Don't Worry, I have times where I gain weight for no reason (prob an emotional response but not due to food). Just keep on track and see of you loose it. If you dont after like 2 weeks or so, check if you're cheating on mfp or not logging everything

In Holland we have something called a "kapsalon" which is a dönner meat dish with fries, lettuce, cheese. One serving (500 gram total, I always had the big portion) is 1371 calories! Top with up with garlic sause and you will consume 1500 calories in one sitting.....

I am sorry but it doesnt help out. I understand the way MFP works, but I dont get the BMR part... I just really want to know I I understood correctly what I previously posted: MFP tells me to eat 1760 calories my BMR according to MFP is 1702 And the last few weeks I was eating 1500 calories and excercising for 200-300…

So, just to be sure I understand what I have been reading... MFP tells me to eat 1760 calories my BMR according to MFP is 1702 And the last few weeks I was eating 1500 calories and excercising for 200-300 which makes a netto 1200. I have been starving my body ??!! I should eat way more ?
