I was eating 600-800 calories before but I've increased to around 800-900. But 2 pounds? I'm eating very little so how could my body store fat?

You started on here this month. How were you tracking before. Also, as I asked before, were you exercising before and what was your weight doing?

Also, could you open your diary.

IDK why you people are hating. She could have gained 2lbs of muscle easily if she trained really hard.

You're completely right, I gain muscle while eating at a deficit. But she said she's been using 3 lb weights for 15 minutes.. And I don't think that's gonna cause gains

    srs?

cause I was only joking. There needs to be a sarcasm font.

Now that's an idea for the mods.

Don't Worry, I have times where I gain weight for no reason (prob an emotional response but not due to food). Just keep on track and see of you loose it. If you dont after like 2 weeks or so, check if you're cheating on mfp or not logging everything

Could water gain from sodium intake just mentioning I know you said your intake has not increased. Maybe that time of month? I see you have a low cal intake maybe you should have more calories to increase your metabolism..

I propose a hypothesis. Your diet is so low in fuel for your body, that while you are asleep, your brain causes your body to sleep walk to the fridge and actually EAT!

I call it the "don't be stupid, your body needs fuel" hypothesis.

    Ya.

    Anna.

Would full name be Anna Rexia?

Anna is a short term used for those with eating disorders in some forums.

Wonder if the number is meaningful too, like goal weight range.

I'm smelling a troll, because I sure don't smell any food.
