Appreciate some of the comments on this board. I just started reading the book "wheat belly" based off of a recommendation from a friend I know that lost 100 lbs. i like what Pinnacle had to say about moderation, that is the approach that has worked for me in the past as well.

American restaurants definitely offer fewer healthy options. We spent 2 weeks in Europe last summer and the food was great, very focused on clean eating options. We all noticed it in our energy levels and how we slept.

Some good ideas, thanks for sharing. I have packed a cooler with food to bring with me in the past. But that isn't always an option. I also will try to stay at a hotel that has a fridge or even stay at a residence inn, or something like that, so that I can have a small kitchen at my disposal. That allows me to bring or buy…
