Try walking lunges. They will do amazing things for your upper legs. I try to do them at least 4 times a week.

I would also like to know this. I claim to be pretty savvy on electronics & technology stuff, but when it comes to these heart rate monitors, I am just really lost! I have bought 2 of them so far and I can get neither to do what it's supposed to do. I feel pretty dumb... Not to mention pretty ticked of as well! >:-(

Exactly. There really, truly is such thing as a runners high. I did 5 miles earlier this week and when I got off the treadmill I felt like a superhero!

Raw Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough. Reese's Blast from Sonic, always with extra Reese's cups. Cinnastix & icing for dipping from Domino's Pizza (an entire order just for me)! My local mexican restaurant has THE best white queso dip. I'd pour it over my whole dish. UGH!

I love the Kashi cereals! I'm eating the Cinnamon Harvest one lately, but I also love the soy protein and fiber twigs by Kashi. Lower sugar & higher protein than most cereals.
