5 lbs to go
Ok, I have 5 lbs left to lose. From what I have read here, the weight loss really begins to go slowly at this point. I have had my goal set at 1 lb loss per week since I started MFP. Should I now change it to 1/2 lb and up my calories? I have been stalled for a couple of weeks. Any advice is appreciated. :)

Day 6 and zero loss
This weight loss thing seems so simple... Eat less & move more. So that's what I've been doing for 6 days now and I see zero results on the scale. I have to wonder if I'm doing this right, but how could I screw up something as simple as just eating less and moving (exercising) more??

Added this to my protein shake today
i was mixing up my protein shake in the blender earlier & suddenly I had an idea to add a tiny bit of coconut extract to it. I just happened to have some on hand. Can I really trust the calorie computation on the treadmill?
I have to wonder if it's completely accurate. That is why I make a point to always eat under my calorie goal by 100-200 calories a day. But if it is accurate, and I am eating under my goal and go into the "starvation mode", I am not doing myself much good. Any thoughts on this?
