i was mixing up my protein shake in the blender earlier & suddenly I had an idea to add a tiny bit of coconut extract to it. I just happened to have some on hand. I had already put in a sliced banana also, and the coconut extract made it taste much like a pina colada! It was sooo good! My protein shake was vanilla flavor. Just an idea I thought I'd share.

    Sure! Here goes:

1 packet of Weight & Inches protein shake mix (vanilla)
    1 sliced frozen banana
    10-12 oz very cold water
Approximately 1/8 tsp coconut extract (or adjust to your taste)

Below is the nutrition info. Now I know it looks loaded with sugar, but 19 of those sugars are natural and come from the banana. You can always leave out the banana if you are watching sugar. I sometimes leave out the banana as well. The protein shake alone has only 7 sugars.
