  • I agree with above- protein world slender blend is fab (again, not promoting, but it's just really good). Content is: 146cals, 2 carbs, 2 fat, 29 protein, no sugar or fibre. Definitely recommend, it's not overpriced either!
  • I actually thought it was great- but then I love a bit of gore. You're not on your own though, I watched it with a few people and the main pattern was that people who didn't read the books tended to dislike it more.
