I have an open diary to friends, anyone feel free to add me =).
-
I always have a protein shake and fruit for breakfast, sometimes add something else to that. Lunch is usually a salad with different toppings. I always have Greek yogurt for a morning snack. It's one of my favorite things in the world =).
-
Shop at different grocery stores and look for the best sales. I spend about 150 to 200 a month for 2 people. You can add me and browse my diary if you'd like. =).
-
I have a large green tea from dunkin donuts every morning, no sugar or milk, but I usually forget to log it. I used to be a coffee addict, but green tea gives me a caffeine boost with 0 calories =).
-
Sent you a request, mine is open to friends. =).
-
I have a protein shake every morning to up my protein and keep myself full. If I focus my day on protein, fruits and veggies, the weight just falls off.
-
Up protein, a protein shake works for me. I eat pretty simple with very, very few processed foods. Mostly a piece of chicken and some veggies. You can add me and take a look at my diary if you'd like =).
-
I love it. I usually lay in bed at night and plan out the whole next day.
-
I made it too easy. I'm allergic to peanut butter, but my dad loves it. So, I bought him 2 boxes that have peanuts. No temptation there =).
-
^This, definetely. You could wear your body out and make yourself sick.
-
I go over on protein almost every day. As long as you don't get kidney stones, you'll be fine =).
-
Hit the gym early, stand by the veggie tray. Have a couple treats. Superbowl only comes once a year =).

If your bloating is that bad, I would recommend to go see a doctor. Do you have any abdominal pain or discomfort? I work for a gastroenterologist and there could be a whole host of issues if your bloating is that bad.

Setting your weight loss at 2 lbs a week can be a little high, even though losing less than that a week may sound frustrating. I aim for 1300 calories a day and I eat plenty of veggies because they're so low in calories. Drinking a lot of water will also help keep you full between meals. You most likely want to be eating…

Fruit! If I'm craving something sweet, I always reach for fruit or yogurt. Most fruits will travel well, too.
-
For me personally, I would go out and enjoy it. I wouldn't scrutinize every calorie, but I would still make smart choices and not go overboard. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet. Enjoy your dinner out =).
-
I do kind of a mix. I try to plan out as much of the next day as possible, or at least have an outline and leave a little room for surprises. You can browse my diary if you'd like, you can add me as a friend. I actually have some of superbowl Sunday planned out lol.
-
You can add me if you like and look at my diary. I'm usually over on protein. =).
-
I was going to say the same thing! Except I'm allergic to peanut butter so I eat sunbutter.

:drinker:

I also swallow the waffles. I haven't had waffles in a long time though =(. I miss waffles.
-
Lifestyle change!
-
^^ my favorite light beer.

I use a protein powder that has 50 grams of protein and 220 calories per seeving. I try to have this for breakfast most days and have just a waffle or something with it. I like to have chobani champions for snacks, which give you a little kick of protein. Morningstar farms has good lean protein options.

Listen to your body. Eat a normal dinner and a light snack before bed. Don't try to over eat just to make up the calories.
-
I stick to 1200, but usually get an extra 200+ with exercise. I try to stick to around 250 to 300 per meal, and my snacks (2 a day usually) are about 100 to 200 calories a piece.
-
Opt for the healthy snacks! I'm planning big veggie platters, baked chicken wings with no sauce, pretzels for munchies. You don't have to deprive yourself!
-
No problem!
-
Macaroni and cheese and french fries, preferably as one meal together!
