I just finished eating The Veggie Eggsplosion Egg Mug. Yummy and filling! My step-mom borrowed my book and made the Buffallo Chicken Salad. She said it was really good, too! I think I'm loving this new cookbook! :love:

I just finished a stationary bike workout at a level 7. My heart rate was up to 147 and I burned at least 290 calories in 50 minutes. It is a great, low impact workout!

Thanks everyone! I do eat Greek Yogurt, cheese and eggs a lot. I also have been trying to eat more nuts and soy. I just can't seem to get over 90 grams very often! I have the Sketcher's ones also. My physical therapist said they are shaped similarly to a walking ankle cast and it restricts the movement of your ankle (which did help my planter facitus (sp?) go away).
