But do you wear your Fitbit during the classes? If so, the steps you take during that time are getting doubled.

If you are wearing your Fitbit when you are exercising and adding your exercise to MFP you might be doubling your exercise calories. My Fitbit syncs with Runkeeper, so it cancels out the extra steps that would have been there had they not worked together.

Is your body changing? Have you taken body measurements? I haven't lost much weight lately, but I've still lost inches. If you are adding a lot of muscle that could account for at least part of your lack of weight loss.

Thanks! Now I have to lose the four pounds I gained on vacation! lol

Oh, and I just changed my weight loss goal to 1/2lb per week from 1lb per week just to see what happens if I increase my calories.

Thank you! I do try to drink at least six cups of water before and three during a workout. I have been lifting weights for about two months, but just added the heavy lifting in the last few weeks. I wish I didn't have to hold on to the treadmill, but it's a 13% incline and I would fall off! lol I have had three knee…

I got a ticket for speeding when I was 16. Where I live, you have to go to juvenile court if you get a ticket under the age of 18. I had to find 10 articles relating to car accidents, read them and write a summary. It was a good lesson. At that age you don't realize how dangerous cars can be. Maybe that would be a wake up…

When you make your "me" on wii Fit and it gets a lot shorter and wider after you enter your weight. Stupid video game! :blushing:

I log it if it's vacuuming or cleaning the laminate floors. Generally, if I spend 2 hours cleaning, (like really cleaning, breathing hard and working up a sweat) I'll log 60 minutes of it.

I like to make carmalized onions, cook the quina according to package directions using low sodium chicken broth and add some dried, diced apricots to the mix. The onions and apricots add a sweetness and it's almost like a dessert!

You can add me. I will be supportive but sometimes my life gets super hectic and I can't be on as much as I would like,
-
Wow! You look great! :)

Oh my gosh. What an inspiring story. You are amazing. Keep up the great work!

I found out that both of my parents have diabetes. Then I went to the dr and she put me on blood pressure medication. I don't take any meds unless I'm on my death bed. Got off the blood pressure medication in four months, never, ever getting back on it. I'm only 38 for goodness sake. Much too young for medication!
