    Feel free to add me......I work 24-96 hour shifts. It is very hard to get in cardio and stick to a diet. I am always looking for support. Good luck

    I understand the challenges of being a working mom. Somethings even stay at home moms can't understand. With working, kids, husbands and taking care of the fort, it's a tough battle for sure.     i have 4 kids, a step-daughter and 3 of my own! my youngest will be 9 months tomorrow! crazy! and i am a working mom also! add me!

    There's not a 'secret' (unfortunately!) You just have to make health a priority, and cut yourself some slack when you discover that you aren't perfect.
