Dizzy after a workout?

Having a hard time eating enough protein
Hi! I have been using MFP for about 30 days now. I have been having a hard time eating enough protein. I don't eat red meat or pork (only poultry and fish). What can I eat to up my protein without upping my sugar? Thanks! Carrie

Weigh in while sick
I have lost over 5 pounds in the last week, but I know a lot of it is because I have been sick for the last four days and have had no appetite. I think I will see an increase in weight once I start eating normally again (even if I stay below my calorie goal for the day). At what point should I believe the scale again?
