Very sorry for your loss... Dec 18 is my mom's birthday and I loss her 1/13/11.. Very emotional times during the Holiday.. But, I know they are proud of us!! And we have Wonderful memories of the time we had with them to get us through the difficult days... Take care Sweetie!

SW 12/1 - 177.2) CW 12/8 - 175.6 lbs 12/15-175.2 GW 03/1-145 A bit sadden I did not loose at least a pound this week.. But, Very happy I did loose over 5 inches since I have started my lifestyle change.. So there is positive change going on..

No problems today with eating or thinking Naughty foods :-) 35 min of walking

No cravings for the "Naughty" foods :-) actually did not feel well today still completed 40 min of exercise. B- So- Delicious coconut yogurt, dried apricots, cuties L- oven roasted Jalapenos d- Sweet potato, Veggie burger cashews. under my daily limit but, as mentioned did not feel well today.. ugh.. Tomorrow a new day!
