The key is to take care of yourself.. As you feel better ease your self back into your workout, this way you won't over exert yourself as your body is still recovering from fighting the cold..

Upper body strength ;-) it takes time... I am finally able to do at least 5 tricep push-ups kneeling... It's tough, but I'm still working on it... And let's not discuss the abs.:smile:

Some of the advertising can be a bit over the top.. but, they are basically to assist with nutrition for some who do not eat a balance diet.. Please, continue doing what you are doing with your nutrition...
