Hi everyone! This is just to give you more motivation that you can do amazing things if you set your mind to it. I'm challenging everyone to lose 2 lbs by the end of the month of April. But, remember to do whatever you personally can, whether it's half a pound or more than 2 pounds, do what's comfortable for you.
Good luck!
Good luck!

I'm in too. Let's do this!!0

This would be nice...I'm 2.6 lbs away from my first goal. That being said, I've hit a plateau. There nothing else unhealthy for me to "quit" and I work out in some form daily.0

I'm right there with you! I'm about three pounds from my final goal. I've hit many plateaus along the way. It can be so frustrating. If it doesn't come off for this challenge just hang in there and try to maintain your current weight; the plateau will eventually end.
Right now I am soooo sick of the foods I've used to lose weight, but I'm finding swtiching up my menu to include other equally healthy foods to be daunting. I think this challenge will be a good push for me to lose the last few pounds. I will be switching up my foods, increasing my exercise, and doing more cardio.0 -

What is everyone doing to prepare for the week ahead? I'm going to try to plan and pre-log my meals and snacks for the week so that I have a better chance of staying on track.
Hope everyone has a great week!0 -

I'm in! I've prepared my meals for the week ahead. The only possible 'problematic' area will be the fact that I am off to a hen party this weekend which will involve a lot of drinking on the Saturday night so fingers crossed I can stay disciplined and not let it break my stride - good luck everyone!0

Food prep sounds a good idea. I've written out a week-long plan of meals, so will do the prep tonight. Starting T25 again too, as I'm never as hungry after exercise.
Also, I need to focus on not letting stupid/nasty people derail me or put me in a bad mood (which inevitably leads to brooding or eating...)
Anyone have any positive thinking tips?1 -

Not so much a positive thinking tip here, but I try to keep in mind:
Food will never be a solution to any sort of emotional response. It can only be a solution to your nutritional needs and hunger.
This helps me as I tend to be an emotional eater.
