Yay! Congratulations! I know you can do it! I am getting married(vow renewal) in August and I had an account for a long time also, but didn't use it until January when I went into panic mode realizing I only had 8 months before the big day and 50 lbs to lose!!! I have been watching my calories and excercising and I am down…

I try not to let it be more than 500 cals over. So no more than 2000 cals in a day. It is strange though because before I started having a calorie spike day my weight loss would stall. That extra bit of calories once a week kicks the weight loss into gear.

Amazing job! Thank you for sharing. This is what keeps me going!

It really is like a miracle. I feel wonderful! No more aches and pains, tiredness, grumpiness, irritation, I sleep great now and all of the other things that I thought I was just going to have to deal with are gone. My family likes me A WHOLE LOT MORE since I started taking it. I can definately tell the difference when I…

That is awesome! You did a great job. I start my day with reading positive success stories so I can be motivated throughout the rest of the day. Thank you for posting! Congrats;)

Hi! I also had my thyroid removed. I struggled and couldn't lose weight and felt yucky UNTIL.... I had my Dr add T3! I swear it has been like a miracle. I feel better than I have ever. The weight is also coming off easy. I take synthroid 175mcg and 10 mcg of T3. You should have your Dr add it and see how it works for you.…

That is soooo awesome! I'm jumping up and down doing the happy dance for you!!! Great job:happy:

Definately! I gain a few pounds (water) and have SUPER chocolate or anything else sweet cravings that I give in to. I have also noticed that a have NO energy during this week. I can't even get through a workout. I have started taking that week off of excercise and just trying my best to stay within calorie goal. I also…

That is really great that you are moving in the right direction. Feel free to add me as a friend. I have a couple of things to help you as far as advice. 1. Begin with a little at a time. Make one or two changes to your diet and lifestyle and after you get used to them add a couple more changes. I don't suggest jumping in…

It is funny you posted this because I was just saying the same thing. I just bought a dress thinking it would be snug and it's actually about 2 sizes too big. I think it will take quite a while for your brain to catch up with your body. I have also been heavy all my life and I am finally out of plus sizes, but am almost…

OP ...That is so awesome! My NSV for this week is.....I am officially out of plus sized pants! Woot woot!!!

It is great! I love it. It has helped me go from size 18 pants to 14 and I haven't even started the third level yet. Best of all it is only $10 including shipping or $10 in the store at Wal mart. If you would like to try it the first level is free on youtube. If you don't have hand weights you can use water bottles. It is…

I have discovered that increasing my cals really does do the trick. I don't lose at the 1200 range, but at 1400 to 1500 the weight comes off. Try it for two weeks and see what happens. It's not like increasing it by a couple hundred is going to make you suddenly gain 100lbs. You will be fine.

That is super AWESOME!!!! Keep going...can't wait to see the next pics;) I'm doing 30 ds also.

Trust me I understand your situation because I was there also. 3000 miles from family, no car, no friends, too far to walk anywhere, didn't know where anything was,no money, and a baby. I was totally dependant on my husband who worked long hours. I have been there. I was over weight (still am), depressed and feeling…

Reading through this and your comments I think you haven't gotten to your "ready to take it off" stage yet. I was there, I think we all were. Before your ready, I mean really ready to take the weight off there will always be road blocks and excuses. Measure and weigh your portions. Log everything that you put into your…

You can do it as long as you focus on the important reasons you quit for. The hardest part is when you do the typical things that you associated with smoking like talking on the phone, driving, after meals and drinking. Like others said I find something else to do until you completely kick the habit. That is exactly what…

Extra water, do twice the excercise and stay on track for the rest of the week. I have one day a week that I eat what I want (within reason), but definately go over my cals for the day. I just drink extra water and do extra excercises. Don't beat yourself up. Today is a new day and a fresh start;)

LOL! Congratulations! That is the perfect start for Saturday;) Umm.. you might want to do something on the "honey do" list to avoid the couch tonight:happy:

You are sooooo AWESOME!!! Keep up the fantabulous work!

I love to see these before and after pics. This is how I stay motivated. We (overweight people) are constantly made to feel ashamed of our bodies, so it is great to see before and after pics that show skin because I want to know what it looks like because I want to get an idea of how my body will look after I lose the…

Thank you so much! It has been a battle and a nightmare since I lost my Thyroid in Nov 2010 and put on a bunch of weight. I refuse to give up.

Thank you for sharing. YOU ARE AWESOME! This helps me keep going when I feel like giving up.

I have a cheat day on the weekend. What I have discovered is to not weight myself the next day. Unless you have a SUPER speedy system your still carrying that food or a good portion of it and usually on cheat days my salt is way higher. My advice is don't weigh yourself on Monday. My weigh in day is usually Monday, but…

Usually for me it takes about a week. The most important thing is to take it EXACTLY as directed. Empty stomache with at least 2 cups of water and NO calcium within 4 hours . Also do not skip days. I would definately say get a weekly pill case. Good luck.

It really does boil down to genetics. I saw a plastic surgeon and he broke it down. It comes down to genetics on two issues skin elasticity AND whether or not your stomache muscles are seperated. I knew about the elasticity, but had never heard of the other. According to the Dr me personally will never have a tight stomach…
