I'll be making this tomorrow! Thanks.

I forgot to add fish. Lots of fish;)

Eggs, noodles, baked potatoes, veggies that are boiled until soft, apple sauce. You can also put most foods in a food processor. It is not pretty, but it works. Due to health issues I lost ALL of my teeth and this is how I got by until my mouth healed.

Having started level 2 yesterday I can say the soreness will happen again when you start the next level. I just push through. It is a sign your body is changing. You can do it!
-
Yes, keep going. I was sore for the first 3 to 4 days. Just keep going. I am about to start the second level tonight and I'm SURE I'll be sore. It means it is working.

I thought the same thing originally, but finally realized that YES, you must eat at least 1200. I experimented and on weeks that I ate around 1000 cals, I hardly lost any weight and struggled through my workouts. When I up it to around 1400 the pounds drop off and I have no problems during workout.

If you can manage to save a few dollars here and there try going to garage sales and thrift stores for excercise equipment and videos. You'd be surprised at what you can get. My sister in law just picked up a $1500 treadmill for $50. People get gung ho and then the equipment becomes clothes hangers, so they just want it…

No. It is on youtube and put out by the makers of the videos. It is the 1st level of them so you can try them.

Some are silly ones that I never thought about and I think of them when the scale is not moving. My shoes that were tight are now loose. I never realized my feet were fat! My wedding ring spins freely on my finger and my once very tight bracelet dangles loosely on my wrist. I am not tired all the time anymore. It is alot…

I am joining a gym next weekend and they have a spin class. I've seen it on tv, but I am wondering how fit you should be to start and I'm scared and a little intimidated (ok alot). How was it when you all started?

I eat a low cal fairly filling snack before I go and have a glass of water before ordering. I plan accordingly with the rest of my days calories so that I have more wiggle room. You can also order what ever you want. Just DON"T eat all of it. Maybe only half or a quarter.

I'm just about to finish level 1 and my least favorite is the jumping jacks. I discovered I have shin splints;( I didn't use that as an excuse to quit though. I just do modified ones. My favorite part is when I hit the second circuit and the endorphines kick in and I feel like super woman and breeze through the rest. I…

This is what I do because I LOVE popcorn. I air pop it, then spray a little butter flavored Pam (0 cals) on it so that my popcorn sprinkles will stick to it. Popcorn sprinkles are awesome and the one I use is only 2 cals per tsp.

I don't think anyone makes it through the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. But if you keep going you will finally get to the point when you can. I am on day 9 of level 1 and I can finally do all the push ups! I have developed shin splints, so jumping jacks are all bad so I am doing modified ones. Since I am just now able to make it…

Every night! I save enough calories to have a delicious desert every night. It helps me stay on track throughout the day and keeps me from having a binge.

It does have to be prescribed by your Dr. Sythroid is T4 thyroid hormone, but your body needs T3. Most drs only prescribe synthroid, but that is not enough. Here is a great explaination of T3 and what it does. http://www.endocrineweb.com/conditions/thyroid/how-your-thyroid-works I started at 5 mcg was feeling better, but…

I do! I love it. I put my ipod on and dance for at least 30 minutes. Usually I do it after I put my family to bed and take some alone time. I actually look forward to it. Good luck.

About the soy, the only thing I have ever heard or been told was to avoid soy infant formula and since I'm not an infant haven't worried about it. Here is a link to the synthroid website. http://www.synthroid.com/

I do not have a thyroid. It was removed Nov. 2010. I gained a lot of weight and had lots of trouble losing. I also felt like crap until I started taking T3 along with my synthroid. After starting the T3 hair loss, headaches, tiredness, weight gain stopped. I feel great! My moods are also under control since adding it. I…

You can do it! I LOVE food, so doing a no carb diet is not it. I choose to NOT DIET. I am not on a diet I made a lifestyle change. I still eat the things I love because I know if I deprive myself I WILL binge, so stop doing that to your self. STOP setting yourself up for failure. If you eat more than you should have,…

You sound like me! My wedding(vow renewal) is August 3rd. I totally want to lose at least 30 lbs before I buy my dress in May. I know I can do it and you can totally lose 21 by July. I would suggest recalculating your calories to make sure they are going to get you the amount you are aiming for. Also try Jillian Michaels…

I play this on repeat while I'm doing 30 day shred and it really gets me going! Will i.a.m. T.H.E (The hardest ever)!

Sunday is my spike day and I take it as a day of rest as well. I only go over my daily by about 500 to 600 calories, so still under 2000. I have noticed that the next days work out is excellent and I feel strong. Usually the day before my spike day I struggle through my work out like I'm running out of fuel. I then drop a…

Great job! You can definately see the difference.

Thank you for posting. Every morning I start the day by looking at before, during and after pics and it helps me stay on track and make wise choices through out the day. I love seeing real people acheiving real goals. You are awesome!

You so rock! Well done;)

I think the biggest key is what you said about not drinking enough water. On weeks that I wasn't as good on water consumption the lbs didn't come off. So, that is my absolute go to for weight loss. I also drink a ton of unsweetened green tea. I just drop a tea bag in my water bottle. Good luck!

I just read an article about that the other day. I can't find it, but basicly it said it is ok to go hard on your work outs as long as you are giving your body enough time every day to heal its self by getting plenty of rest and nutrition. Eat more... Also lots of protein. p.s. being too gung ho can burn you out really…
