It is very difficult to find time. I have two small children, so I know how you feel. Just try to get in what you can, when you can. Some things that you can do around the house- free weights, exercise dvds, chasing the kids out back, jumping jacks, sit-ups, push ups. I've been doing the 30 day shred DVD by Jillian…

I'm on Day 1 of Level 3 and I think it is totally worth a try. The workout is less than 30 minutes and I could definitely see results after 10 days in. I haven't been doing it every single day- usually take the weekends off- but even so, I can see a difference.

I had one about 2 months ago. I think it worked ok. I supposedly lost about 11 inches total. I could see a small difference in my midsection.

I've tried both. P90X videos are longer (about and hour) and maybe more difficult. Some of Jillian's videos are around 30 minutes per session. Both are good, in my opinion, but Tony Horton is annoying to me.
