I always plan 200-250 calorie a day for some kind of treat, it keeps me on track!

I feel ya! My kids had a valentine party yesterday and I stayed strong, and away from the treats..... Just to go home and give into some sweets! I agree with others, let's not beat ourselves up! Just move on and forward

I try and have a larger deficit during the week, say 800 calorie's per day (4,000 calorie deficit total for those 5 days) Monday-Friday, this puts me at a pound loss for the week already (3,500 calorie deficit equals 1 pound loss).
