I declare this week... Ice Cream Week

Every night this week I will eat a bowl of ice cream and still lose weight. I am not going to do extra cardio, I am not going to worry. Is this a good idea? ... uhm yes! Oh and I will stay below or slightly above my daily calorie goal and eat a delicious bowl (132 grams of Deans no sugar added Vanilla ) ice cream.

Anyone with me?
