To be fair, losing weight is a gradual process and those closest to you are the least likely to notice. To them you look pretty much like you did yesterday, even if you look completely different than you did a few months ago. You're far more likely to get an reaction out of a friend or acquaintance you don't see too often.

If you're like me, you'll spend way more time searching YT for a suitable workout instead of working out. Try the free app Sworkit available on all platforms. http://sworkit.com/ It's sooooo simple. Enter your workout duration (from 5 - 60 minutes), and type of workout (strength/cardio/yoga/stretching).

I'd recommend a clarifying shampoo (skip the conditioner), try a body wash like rainbath, and a face mask like mint julip or dead sea minerals . Both my hubby and I get seasonally greasy during the winter and this has worked well for us.
