hair loss and greasy hair

i am 24yr old men i am suffering from hairloss ...recently in last 6 months my hair became greasy too...i had developed acne...i am taking fin and mono since 9 months...but i hadn't got any results ...i had been to the doctor...he had diagonsed me with MPB....can any one help me to get rid of greasy scalp and forehead

    I'd recommend a clarifying shampoo (skip the conditioner), try a body wash like rainbath, and a face mask like mint julip or dead sea minerals . Both my hubby and I get seasonally greasy during the winter and this has worked well for us.

    Do you have any dandruff or large flakes that come off your scalp?

    Ok, I HIGHLY recommend you see a dermatologist. You probably have what is called scalp psoriasis. My daughter has this. There are prescription shampoos that will help you.

    Your hair loss may not be MPB but this condition.

    If you can't see a dermatologist, get yourself some Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo or coal tar shampoo.
