  • I eat breakfast at work also. I made a bunch of muffins over the weekend and threw them in the freezer in individual baggies. The night before work I put it in the fridge to thaw and grab it in the morning. Sometimes I warm it up in the microwave at work, but they're yummy if I don't too.

  • Boy, me too. Can you just try to make sure to bring your own healthy/low-calorie snacks to work, so that you stay away from what is around the office? Popcorn is a pretty good snack because a 100-calorie bag is still quite a lot of popcorn. Eat it slowly it could last you a while.
  • Yes, me! I wouldn't mind losing maybe four more pounds, but I am flabby in the butt and hips. I don't have any insight, but maybe we can work on it together...!?
