Do you eat more on days you lift?
I have determined via a few calculators that I should eat around 1750 calories per day. (5'-3", 115 pounds, desk job) I don't do a lot of cardio, just one spinning class per week because I enjoy it, and lift heavy about 3 days per week. I stick to the same calorie intake every day. It says I burned 2521 calories today, from 7am to 9pm. Wondering how close anyone thinks that is. I'm 5'-3", 114 pounds. I have a desk job so I was sitting much of the day. I lifted weights for an hour. I walked for about 25 minutes, moderate pace. Walked another 45 minutes slow pace. And that's about it. Also wore it…
