Do you eat more on days you lift?

I have determined via a few calculators that I should eat around 1750 calories per day. (5'-3", 115 pounds, desk job) I don't do a lot of cardio, just one spinning class per week because I enjoy it, and lift heavy about 3 days per week. I stick to the same calorie intake every day. But, not surprisingly, I am more hungry on the days that I lift. Should I eat more calories? I eat about 120 grams of protein each day. Do you increase calories on lift days?

I eat roughly the same regardless of whether it is a lift or training day.

However, if you're noticing satiety problems, you could shift some calories from rest days to training days while holding your weekly calorie intake constant.

I eat more on the days I lift heavy if I feel the need to. I listen to my body. I often find on leg days I need more, so I eat more.

Sometimes I eat bigger meals rather than my 5 meals a day. I don't necessarily eat more unless I need too. Instead of eating 5 meals around 300 calories each, I may have 2-3 meals around 600 calories and then snacks. I find that a bagel, egg, bacon and cheese sandwich works wonders for me and keeps me full for hours.
