Stay away from Flour tortillas in general! Always go with corn, don't eat the rice! eat beans instead! I recommend everyone to use Cocoa Butter oils, the lotions, etc. I'm a Palmers Cocoa butter addict! Don't run at night! and don't text and run, or you will crash in to something(I've seen people crash in their bikes or jogs because they were busy texting) Always make sure you watch cars, because although you might think they will stop, some Rude people just don't! good luck, and stay hydrated! :)

It took me 55-60 days to loose 7lbs, that was by working out about 4 times a week.... I loose half or 1 lb per week, it all depends on the weight you start with and how much you exercise, remember that muscle weighs too. TOM IS NO EXCUSE! It comes every month, around same time for yearssssss! Pop some drugs in, eat some fruit, and get out there! I'll tell you one thing, I do not jog during TOM, my tummy is soo fluffy and it hurts when I jog, so I walk for 45 minutes, You can do it girl!=D Wooohooo! :flowerforyou:
