I try and keep right under 1300 calories.... That's a great start! I started around February last year... Granted that I pretty much had quit my diet in the summer I'm about 100lbs down. Just weigh out your meals and log them in your diary and you won't fail.

Depends on your starting weight.. I started at 290lbs and about 10 months later I'm at 197. I stick to my diet. I weigh out my food and hardly ever exercise... I'm going to start exercising here soon. If you stick to the diet you well succeed
