Doing well with my exercise...although that has never been an issue for me. I have been working hard at keeping my calories at around 1300-1400. Some days are better then others. It was a very very long week at work and 2 nights I did not sleep at all due to stress. I was up and doing laundry at 3am the other night and on…

I know I am a little late but I am in too. 5'6" CW 147 I am a fairly active person, on weekdays I usually get in an hour workout and on weekends I get in several hours with hiking, cross country skiing. I am not a huge junk food fan..cookies, cake, chips are not in my house. For me I think it may be excess in calories. I…

I like BW exercises. For me it is very functional and can carryover to my other activities I like to do such as hiking, climbing, etc.

I like to use dry rubs on my chicken. It turns out pretty good. I usually put the rub on both sides and grill both- then filet and add more rub.

I try to do some prep work on Sunday for my breakfasts and lunches. I grill a fair amount of chicken and steak. Although I have been making some shrimp too. I have many different dry rubs I use on my protein so I does not get too boring. I am running out of ideas for breakfast as I am not a huge fan of eggs and a get to…

Yes it can change the way they fit. I have seen it happen several times with the population that I work with.

I have been treated for hypothyroidism for over 26 years. I found that I really had to monitor my calorie intake when I lost 15 pounds a few years ago and was very active. I am trying to drop another 10 which I am having a hard time.. I do take my pill first thing in the morning and wait an hour or so until breakfast.

I am in my mid 40s....Gosh I never thought I would say that. Where did time go? I would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I love to be active with my workouts (running, hiking, backcountry skiing, and lifting) I think I just need to watch my calories a little more.

I am in my mid 40s and have been trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I am a fairly active person ( cardio up to 1 hour everyday during the week days, weight training 3x week and on the weekends several hours of cadio including hiking, x-country skiing.) My weight has been stuck for years it seems. I am 5' 6" and fluctuate between…

I am most often at work by 5-5:15am. I don't sleep very well so sometimes I hop onto my spin bike around 330am and ride for about an hour. I wait until after work to my weights or do another cardio session.
-
4 hours of cross country skiing with lots of hill climbing.
-
Yesterday was going to be a day off, went for a walk instead because the temps outside finally warmed up above the single digits. Later in the night I did some cardio for 40 min. Today I rode my spin bike for 60 min and did some intervals. Later on I plan on doing some weights.
-
1 hour riding my spin bike then about 30 min of weights with doing plenty of lunges and squats.
-
Rode my spin bike 45 at a hard pace with sprints and followed that up with 30 min of upper body weights. I may do more later after dinner.
