I'm so happy to read this, haha! I thought I was the only one ;) I do it daily as I can keep track of what's working for me and what's not. As everyone else has said, if you can handle it without letting it ruin your whole day and/or obsessing over it (I, too, have watch myself :P) then go for it.

Thanks everyone. I recently read that it messes with your blood sugar levels and over time can mess with your metabolism. I just don't want to be drinking it now thinking that it's okay because I'm not seeing any immediate bad effects.

Thank you all for your replies! I didn't realise it was so easy to eat well while I was out. I don't think I could order something and just eat half of it though, haha... my mind wouldn't rest until I'd devoured the whole thing! fyi skydive, I'm 234 and 5ft 4 haha... so don't feel so bad! ;) 120 sounds like a good target to aim for ! I've found if you log into this every day, it reaaallly helps to keep you in check =] good luck! xo
