I'm not officially starting T25 until 12/30, but I've been adding the workouts in to my 30DS routine this week… Total Body Circuit actually reduced me to tears today! Geesh, that was intense.

Yeah, that sounds like about where I'm at. I started at 185ish, and didn't shoot up quite that high but did gain a few pounds when I first started doing the 30DS that I just attributed to water.

I LOVE Thai food, and though I agree with the poster above, to answer your question I would say that no, that doesn't sound super unhealthy to me. Sure, you may be getting a bit more oil than you normally would, but that isn't going to derail you if it happens occasionally.

It doesn't come in skinny because they use real, Hood brand eggnog. The only way to make it lower in calories would be to ask the barista to use more milk and less nog: usually it's 2/3rds nog. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, it's another JM workout that just uses body weight, no dumbbells or anything. It's good, but really intense! It's basically like 45 minutes or really intense cardio.

I have not done this before, but just to add my two cents, I'm planning on really trying to do double Fridays most of the time. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred with no rest days right now, and I really want to have a rest day during the next program I do!

I'm not officially starting until the 30th because I'm going home for a week for the holiday and won't be able to do it. Added :) I won't really be starting until 12/30: I finish up the shred on the 16th and then I'll be home for Christmas from the 17th-25th, so I can't really commit to starting a program until I get home. I'm going to try and do RI30 and T25 simultaneously.
