I really struggled with the v flys too, so I don't blame you! Glad to be done with those for now. And yes, 6 more days! I've enjoyed it but am also kind of ready to be done, getting a little boring. But that's partially my fault for jumping to level three early.

Day 24 done! I still can't do a push up to save my life. I'm able to actually hold the planks for the full time now without dropping to me knees for a beat, though I'm still doing the modified mountain climbers.
-
Thanks! That's really encouraging. I actually think I should stop weighing every day because I do tend to get discouraged when I see the number go up, even though I know it's totally normal. It makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong! But I've also only been consistently logging on MFP for about a week now, so I don't…
-
Ah okay, yes I should have clarified that I usually weight myself in the morning, so I suppose "overnight" is not quite accurate, it would be more in the span of 24 hours.
-
I like Sabra too. It's also super easy to make hummus! All you need are chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic, pretty much.
-
No problem! Let me know if I can help with anything else. And yeah, it's actually pretty easy to be a very unhealthy vegan haha so it does require a bit of planning, but it gets easier as you go!
-
There are all kinds of reasons one would choose to cut out meat, that isn't what the OP is asking.

Day 23 done, level 3. I did the first level of Ripped in 30 afterwards. I know, I've already said this a million times but I really hated level 2. Level 3 isn't necessarily easier, but I think it's more fun at least!
-
I personally am on day 22 with no rest days, but that's mostly because knowing my personality I knew I would be more motivated if I committed to doing it 30 days straight. As the previous poster stated, Jillian talked about the importance of rest days in an interview.
-
Day 22 done! I forced myself to do 5 of the 7 circuits in No More Trouble Zones afterwards… whew
-
I HATED level 2, haha. Good job for finishing today! I actually moved on to level 3 early because I just hated it so much!
-
Yeah, I'm with you as far as the dieting goes. I don't want to spend the entire week with my family who I won't see again for six months obsessing over how many calories are in the things that people have made. I want to enjoy things in moderation, not go overboard, but not freak out over it either.
-
I'll be going home for a week from the 17th-25th, and I'm a little worried about what that week will look like for me… I finish the 30 Day Shred on the 16th, so I was planning on giving myself a few days of rest anyway, but I don't think I need the whole week off. I can probably manage to go for a few jogs or power walks,…

For me personally, dietary working my way towards "real," although I don't really agree with the use of that adjective.
-
Thank you! I'm really excited, can't wait to see where they are in another ten days!
-
Awesome, great job! I just completed day 21 today, it feels great!
-
I have not seen those channels but I'll definitely check them out! Thanks :)

Checking in! Day 21 done. So close! I took some measurements today before I did the shred, so as promised here's where I am so far: Starting date 11/18 Today 12/7 185 lbs 182 Arms: 14" 13" Thighs: 25.25" 24.5" Bust: 42.5" 40.75" Waist: 37" 34.75" Hips: 42.5" 41"

I may have been. I've never done any kind of strength training before, so all of this was new to my body and I'm kind of in the learning curve phase of how my body will react to different things, haha. But yeah, I think it was probably a combination of gaining muscle and water retention.
-
I'm sure you will! I actually gained a few pounds during the first two weeks or so. I chalked it up to water retention and not paying enough attention to what I was eating. Now that I'm counting calories more religiously, the scale is starting to drop, but barely. I can see a difference though and that's all that matters!

You look awesome! I'm planning on starting T25 on the first of the new year (just alpha and beta, though) so this is super inspiring!
-
Hi friends, my name is Rachael and I'm 26. Currently living in Seattle for grad school but I'm a native Rhode Islander. I should be getting T25 under the Christmas tree this year… my mom ordered it for both of us. ;) Excited for something new: I've been doing Jillian Michael's work outs for now, and will finish the 30 Day…
-
I'm going to take new measurements tomorrow, I can definitely post them! Today was day 20. Yay.

In my personal opinion, the easiest way to get started is to cut things out gradually. I tried going vegan all at once a few years ago, and it only lasted for about a week or two because I shocked my system and hadn't educated myself enough about how to get the nutrients I needed. I was hungry and felt weak all the time.…
-
I think right now I would consider myself a beginner, but certainly hope to be less so when I start a more intense program. That's why I'm doing a few other things first to build some endurance. My mom actually just told me that she ordered T25 for both of us (she got hooked by an informercial, haha). So I guess I'll be…
-
Cool, I'll look into that
-
Congrats on making the jump to veganism! I've only been it for about eight months but let me know if you have any questions or want to share recipes. How's it going so far?
-
For sure, feel free to add me, my diary is public! I make a lot of recipes from blogs like Post Punk Kitchen or Oh She Glows. We try to limit our pasta intake to once per week, usually in the form of mac n cheeze, haha. Other than that we like to do lots of different things… Indian food is always a favorite, Thai as well.…
-
Aww don't get too hard on yourself! Veganism is super difficult especially at the beginning. There are a few things that I wish I could cheat on, but I know that if I let myself have one thing it would just be a downward spiral. Nice meeting you too! Feel free to add me if you like, we can keep each other motivated!

Oh wow, I didn't realize they were 90 minutes workouts. I thought the "90" was because of the 90 days, haha. Hmm yeah it may be hard for me to commit to that. Thanks for the info!
