Thanks! I put my calories at 1800 for now, I don't want to jump up all at once so I thought that would be a good place to start. I also put the scale away because it's driving me crazy, haha. I'll weigh in a few weeks and see how it went! I'm not in a huge rush, I just want to do it right and be as successful as I can be.

No, I may try P90X3 at some point, but I don't like Tony's style as much as I like Shaun's… but that's probably just because I'm used to it. And no on Shakeology.

I've completed Alpha and Beta of T25 and one week of Gamma so far, and I lost 14 pounds in the first two phases. I have gained a few pounds back, I believe due to water retention from the extra weights I've been lifting, so right now I'll say I've lost about ten pounds total. I haven't done Insanity but plan on it… I guess…

I barely lost anything when I did the shred either, and I too was really frustrated--but I also wasn't being diligent about logging my calories so I'm fairly certain I was eating a lot more than I thought I was. I would start there. :) Good luck!

I've been eating between 1500-1800 calories pretty consistently for about two months now. I guess I'm not really sure what would constitute a diet break or why I should take one?

I do for now, yeah. I totally understand the dangers of overexercising, I hope I'm not coming off as completely naive as I do want to keep myself safe. I just don't feel like I'm doing too much so far.

I'll be starting Gamma on the 10th, I just finished week 4 of Beta. I already have all of the workouts and have done them all, except that I couldn't make it all the way through 3.0. :( Hopefully in another week I'll have the stamina! Awesome job everyone.
