Yeah, we begged our mom to try fresh pumpkin once years ago. We all use canned now lol.

We don't have a break room to sit in. So I eat in my office. I don't see anything wrong with that. It is my office. I have students bring entire meals to class, but some of them work and they have to eat some time.

We do step challenges twice a year. Non-step based exercises could be converted to steps. I used to get credit for my strength workout.

At this point, I agree that you should get your weighing and logging of food under control before you start adding food. That way you have a more accurate idea of where you are at. While you are doing this, I would read the helpful information topics at the top of forums!

Not true, actually. I read the forums for 4 years while I was gaining back the weight I had lost. There are all kinds of people reading these forums.
