I turned down cake from the breakroom twice, but someone eventually brought a piece to my desk. It is a little harder to resist when you can smell the frosting, & I figured I had fought the universe long enough.

My friend was super pumped they brought the double fish sandwich back. She's eating it now, & oddly the whole room smells like hotdogs. Could be just a coincidence. :wink:

This could be it. I was trying to make sure I was pushing down w/ my heels, but halfway through the class I started sucking so bad that I'm sure my form was shot. ETA: Thanks for the suggestions!

I did use the toe straps & I got off the bike a to adjust my laces to make sure they weren't too tight. I was wearing Mizunos that have a really flexible sole, so maybe I should try a stiffer shoe.

I started taking Wellbutrin & Zoloft for anxiety & depression. I still have normal levels of hunger, but I don't really have an appetite so I tend not to overeat. Plus, I actually feel like doing things so now I am more active. In short, they haven't caused me to gain weight.

I typically pack my lunch & snacks while I'm making dinner. It cuts down on prepping & cleaning. If I make larger meals like spaghetti or chilli I portion out leftovers into containers & freeze them so I have a variety of meals. I also grill several chicken breasts at a time for wraps & salads.

I have been so hungry that I threw up. A few times it was just water, other times dry heaving. I also puke EVERY time I drink green tea on an empty stomach - I was trying to drink it in the AM w/ a lemon wedge, but for some reason it made me sick. Only green tea, though.

I mix 1T of PB w/ a 100 calorie cup of yoplait ff greek vanilla yogurt. The PB taste is really strong & tastes like more than only a tablespoon. It is pretty delicious as a dip for apples or bananas.

I am so glad that you shared your story. I used to be super fit & go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I slipped out of my routine, gained a ton of weight & now am anxious about going to the gym I have a membership with.
