I never had cellulite before I gained a large amount of weight in a rapid time span. Now I have it from my knees to pretty much my mid back :( Hoping it will diminish as I lose weight & build muscle with strength training.

I personally have not been in this situation, but my mother has. My mother is an incredibly picky eater - doesn't like many fruits or veggies. She simply cut back on "white" food. She ate whole grain bread instead of white, & switched from regular to diet soda. She began walking 30 minutes a day, & used portion control.…

Check weekly sales ads for the stores that you shop at most often. Kroger regularly has Cliff/Luna/Lara bars on sale 10/$10. This is typically the best way to catch deals on meat as well. I buy large containers of yogurt & portion them out into smaller containers w/ frozen fruit.
