We are not in CA, but my husband LOVES anytime fitness.. very clean, pretty quiet, and has lots of hand sanitizer stations. Our local one also has bowls of fruit, and a nice library. I don't go there, as I need childcare and the closest one doesn't have it, but my husband LOVES it there.

HOW fabulous!!!! Totally impressed by the extra run interval! Congrats!! My chiropractor is discouraging running, I have seen her the almost every day since Wednesday.. so am unsure if I should take a week off?? I was actually starting to enjoy it, right till I got hurt :(
-
I finished week two, and the first two days of week three. I am now recovering from back problems due to jogging, so the chiropractor said to take a week off. I hope I can go back this week as I had my best run on Tuesday, and then I got sore :(

I finished week two, and started day one of week three today. It's going well so far.. I am probably not going fast enough, but am trying to increase the speed with every interval. What speed are you guys running at on the treadmill? I am walking around 3.8-4.1 and jogging 4.5-5.5 mph.
