I agree with eating more, but I have been in that "it's hard to eat 1200 calories" place. I was so terrified of not losing that I literally ate nothing but salad and chicken breast. I hear ya. My ultimate goal is to lose 90lbs. The number was daunting at first. But I broke it down into to 15lb increments. That way, it doesn't seem impossible and yet I'm still making my way closer to my goal.

I agree with you. My sex life is one reason. I want to know that I look pretty damn good in the get up that hubby brought for me. lol. I also just want to feel 100% confident in my clothing. I hate it when I look in the mirror and see a fat roll. It's awful. lol

When I first started losing weight, I didn't see any results until I had lost about 20lbs. Then every 5lbs thereafter, I noticed a difference. I had a lot to lose, so a nice chunk had to be gone before I saw anything different. I've gained some weight back so I don't know what it will be like this time :ohwell:

My goals for the week is 1) start weighing myself ONCE a week (on Fridays) 2) go two weeks without junkfood 3) drink as much water as I can 4) making through this first week back without going over my calorie limit
