Hi! Welcome! I can oh so relate. My emotional eating along with my eating disorder (which probably go hand in hand) have added about 90lbs to my body over the years. It's very difficult to deal with and gain control over. I'm here if you ever need a shoulder or support.

I have started simple by walking. I am trying to incorporate a walk/run thing but because of the weight I've gained, running isn't the easiest for me to do, but I manage to do a little. Hopefully after I drop about another 15-20 pounds, I will be better at it

When I stepped on the scale at my 6 month post baby checkup and it read 220lbs. I looked in the mirror and I still looked VERY pregnant. At 5'5, I was a sad sight. I was so mad at myself for letting it get that bad. It was a HUGE wake up call.

Carbs in itself isn't bad. The problem is when we eat a bunch of nonsense. Cakes, cookies, white rice, flour, white bread, etc...is the problem. I am using the "low carb" method.
