Try a sparkling flavored water such as ICE and slowly add more water into your day. I was a HUGE soda drinker as well. I started by eliminating one a day and replacing it with water.

I would say to have some fruit on deck. Strawberries, watermelon, mangoes, etc...I has helped me a ton. I have an awful sweet tooth and I needed something to combat those snickers bars. lol. It's rough. Especially the first couple of weeks. To help keep myself focused, I constantly remind myself of why I decided to take this journey. I can ONLY imagine. This is the first time I have heard of such doughnuts and I am already excited to try one. You are soooo good though. There is no way I would be able to only eat half. This one is tough. Not everyone freaks about nudity. He was more than likely 100% okay with his daughter being there so I don't really see the issue. She is four and besides asking questions, there was nothing really inappropriate about it IMO. No one was doing anything that would scar her so it's not really a big deal.

CW- 193 lbs GW- 130 lbs But with that I say this, I have learned that it's not really a certain weight that I'm after but measurements. I want a 28 inch waist, 38 inch hips, and 24 inch thighs. If I can get there, no matter what the scale says, I will be ecstatic.

Currently - 5'5, 194 pounds, size 12 jeans, 35in waist, 44 inch hips, 27 inch thigh Goal- 30 inch waist, 40 inch hips, 24 inch thighs. Weight doesn't really matter as long as all of my measurements add up.
