I also found a mouse floating on a sponge in my dishwater one evening. He was so tiny and pitiful :( Knowing that he had fought for his little life to get up on his little life raft made me take pity on him. I caught him in a solo cup and took him out to the field and let him go.

I've taken a weight lifting class before, so I know what I'm doing as far as form and such goes. And I'm pretty sure the whole "bulk" thing has been talked about to death here. If you haven't read "The New Rules of Lifting" I would definitely recommend it.

YES!!!!! Pretty much any of the new cartoons on Nickelodeon would make my list. I miss my Saturday morning 80's cartoons

I'm really not worried about it...her answer just kind of threw me for a loop.

Yes. Before we moved to our current house we lived in a very old house in the country (it was actually my grandparents' house built in the '40s). We would get them pretty regularly. The absolute WORST though was one day I was in the back of the house and looked out toward the barn where my sister keeps chickens and ducks.…

Have you tried box squats? Maybe having the box behind you will make you less apprehensive until you can get your form down?

Most smartphones double as music players as well. If you decide to go this route make sure you opt for one that either has a slot for additional storage or comes with a good deal of storage since music files can suck it up pretty quickly.

As soon as I saw it pop up in her message my first thought was MFP is going to love this! lol
-
I really don't know her that well to say, although she does post a lot of catty status updates, so it's not entirely out of the realm of possibilities.
-
This is what I'm probably going to have to do, at least for the time being. Thankfully I work in a nearby city with plenty of option.

No...it's a "we're from a super small town so everybody knows everybody" kind of friend.
-
I don't friend anyone on FB that I don't know personally somehow, so her pics are really of her, lol.
-
She really must because I have to say, she looks amazing. According to her she does a lot of zumba and kickboxing.
-
That's exactly what I wanted to know...and this girl is a nurse! Kind of scary, tbh, lol.
-
That was my exact reaction, lol. I didn't want to get into it with her so I just thanked her for the gym recommendation and left it at that.
-
I don't plan on it, lol.

Just finished my summer class, too. One more semester and I'm done, thank God! Otherwise I'm sitting here in the recliner trying to watch Big Bang over the snoring of a chihuahua to my left and pitbull to my right.

I put a TON of thought into mine. I was 27 when I got my first one. I'll be 34 in October and just settled on what I want for number 2. Henna would be a good way to go to see how you feel about something, and there are also some companies that will turn any design you submit into a temporary tattoo just for this purpose as…

You're probably right...it still made me go

Yes! The commentators are pretty awful. I was watching the St. Louis finals the other night and they were talking about a guy that's been on several seasons and when they were talking about him and his family they brought up the fact that he and his wife had been separated and had recently reconciled. My immediate thought…

I totally agree with this...since mine is on the back of my neck it kind of makes me sad that I will never be able to see it except in the mirror or in pictures.

He's more than glad to cover up when it's appropriate, but I don't think a suit would really be an option when running a backhoe outside in 90 degree weather. When I say he was in construction I don't mean sitting in an office or going out carrying a laptop and making bids. I mean he was actually out running a crew,…

Out of sight, out of mind. My husband used to work in construction and always had a harder time getting work in the summer when he wore short sleeved shirts and his tattoos were visible.

It's my new obsession after watching Kacy Catanzaro's run on YouTube the other day. The strength and agility of these athletes is absolutely CRAZY. Definitely proof of where hard work and determination can get you.
-
Exactly. I work for one of the largest law firms in the country. When my hair is cut short the one on the back of my neck is pretty visible. Does anyone care? Apparently not, because if it was a problem I would have been told to scarf it up a long time ago. Granted, I don't regularly attend judicial proceedings, but that's…

Come on now...you know you think he's hot, lol

Oh it does.....a lot.
