I would love to try this, but I've had zero success with spaghetti squash in the past, as in, I couldn't even get the darn thing cut open! Is there a trick to it that I'm just not aware of?

It seems that the day I turned 20 my metabolism completely shut down. I was in the 170s by the time I turned 21 and over 200 before 30. ETA: I did lose about 35 pounds at around 25 and got down to the low 140s for about a year before I gained it all back and then some.

Unless I'm actively thinking about it, I NEVER drink water. I can go through an entire 8 hour work day and not have a single drop of liquid of any kind. I use Nike Run. It's pretty accurate and I can control my music through the same app without having to switch back and forth.

I do the same thing. If it's a prepackaged salad of course I go by what's on the label, but if it's something I throw together myself or if I add extras to the pre-made I measure and record each individual thing. Same thing for my morning smoothies.

Oh the snoring. I forgot about the snoring. I currently sleep for crap and my poor hubby is the lightest sleeper EVER. It would be so nice not to snore anymore so we can BOTH get a decent night's sleep.

It's not necessary, but it's definitely a great tool. I've found that (for me at least) it pretty accurate as far as my calories burned count and as long as I'm doing a good job estimating my calorie intake I almost always post a loss as long as I show a deficit.

I'm disgusted with being fat and I don't want to die prematurely. I'm only 33 and have developed fat on my liver. NOT GOOD. I'm at the point now that I HAVE TO get rid of the extra poundage, plus my step-daughter and her husband are giving me a grandson in November that I want to see grow up!

I have a Flex and love it. And I love that it syncs with MFP and gives me a better idea of the number of calories I need to ensure a deficit.
